Hertford Counselling Service

About Me

Picture of a Hertford based counsellor

Hi, well done on taking the first step in finding out more about therapy.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and have held positions as a therapist in a Women’s Refuge, providing 1:1 therapeutic support to service users as well as at a low cost counselling service in London.

My experience is in supporting people experiencing domestic violence, sexual abuse, addiction, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and eating disorders.

I strongly believe in inclusion and empowerment for all and have experience working with a diverse range of individuals.

As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (MBACP) I abide by their code of ethics.

Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.
